Swimming Pools For several years The Josab Aqualite™ System have been in use in many public baths and private swimming pools throughout Sweden and Denmark.
The system exhibits a series of features that are beneficial for pool water treatment. The efficiency of the purification method provides a much higher water quality without the eternal scourge of chloramines in swimming pools.
The system reduces ammonia, which hampers the formation of chloramines. Furthermore, the filter media, called Aqualite™, has a much lower cut-off than traditional sand/carbon resins (1-2 micron vs. 25-50 micron), which means less visible and invisible dirt. Put these two parameters together and you will have pool water that is much clearer and doesn’t have that unpleasant stench of chlorine giving you skin- and eye irritation!
